Friday, 1 May

• Morning: Arrive in Da Nang (flight not included)

• Afternoon ~3pm: 9 hole golf tee time at Legend Da Nang Golf Course (Nicklaus)
  → Round includes 9 holes green fees, shared cart, caddies and return transfers from M Hotel

• Night: Welcome drinks & food at Maia Beach Club (included)

Saturday, 2 May

• Morning/Afternoon ~11am: Full 18 hole round at Montgomerie Links
  → Includes green fees, shared cart, caddies and return transfers to M Hotel

• Evening: Authentic Vietnamese BBQ dinner in Hoi An Old Town (included)

Sunday, 3 May

• Morning/Afternoon ~12pm: Championship 18 hole round at Hoiana Shores Golf Club
  → Includes green fees, shared cart, caddies and return transfers

• Late Afternoon: Post-round drinks & food awards ceremony at Hoiana (included)

Monday, 4 May

• Check-out from M Hotel by 11:00 AM

Important Notes & Terms

✈️ Flights not included – please arrange your own arrival on Friday morning and departure on Sunday evening or Monday.
💰 Total Package Cost: HKD $8,900 per person
👕 Golf attire required – collared shirts and tailored shorts/trousers only. No denim, t-shirts, or athletic wear permitted on course.
🏌️ Handicap verification may be requested by certain clubs.
🧳 Accommodation is in M Hotel, we have secured Double Rooms, single occupancy (everyone gets their own room).

📅 Payment Terms:
– Deposit of 25% (HKD $2,225) due upon registration
– Full payment due by 1 March 2026 (payment links will be sent via email or WhatsApp).
– Late payments will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit

🚍 Travel in Da Nang: We have included travel to and from the golf courses & to and from some of the other activities/excursions. We haven’t organised airport transfers as people will be arriving at different times. Please use Grab or other local hailing services for airport transfers. If this changes we will notify you.
❌ Travel insurance strongly recommended – not included in package. We advise coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and golf equipment loss.
🔄 Itinerary subject to change due to weather, course availability, or local conditions. Every effort will be made to provide equivalent alternatives.
🎁 Gratuities: Caddie tips are customary but not included. Budget approx. USD $15-25 total per caddie per round.
🏌️Club rental: If you require club rental we will reach out to you to organise the payment either beforehand or at the club directly. The going rate is around VND900,000 (HKD $270) per round.

Please bring sufficient spending money for all other expenses, including (but not limited to): Meals not specified, Alcoholic beverages beyond welcome/farewell drinks, caddie gratuities, personal shopping, spa services, or optional activities, travel insurance, visa fees, or airport transfers.

• These flights are examples only — prices and availability may change.

• Please book your own flights directly.

• Aim to arrive in Da Nang Friday morning (1 May) and depart Monday midday (4 May) to maximise golf and group activities.

• ✈️ Flying from other regions? Please check your own routes and timings to ensure you arrive in Da Nang by Friday morning and depart after Monday checkout.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to the following terms:

• More than 60 days before departure (before 1 March 2026):
  Full refund of payments.

• Between 60 and 30 days before departure (1 March – 1 April 2026):
  50% refund of total package price. 50% is non-refundable.

• Within 30 days of departure (on or after 1 April 2026):
  No refund. Full amount remains payable.

Name changes are permitted up to 30 days prior to departure, subject to a HKD $300 administrative fee and availability (not guaranteed). No substitutions allowed within 30 days.

All refunds (where applicable) will be processed in the original payment currency, minus any bank or processing fees.

Liability & Operational Terms

🔹 Assumption of Risk:
Golf and international travel involve inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept all risks related to sport, transport, dining, and travel in Vietnam. Dim Sum Golf Club and its partners shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, property loss, or any incident beyond reasonable control.

🔹 Force Majeure:
In the event of government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, course closures, or other unforeseeable circumstances, we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the trip. In such cases, participants will receive a future travel credit or partial refund (minus non-recoverable costs), at our sole discretion. No guaranteed cash refunds under force majeure.

🔹 Minimum Viable Group:
This trip requires a minimum of 8 confirmed guests by 1 March 2026. If this threshold is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the trip and issue a full refund to all registrants.

🔹 Visa & Travel Compliance:
Participants are solely responsible for valid passports, visas (if required), vaccinations, and compliance with Vietnamese entry regulations. We are not liable for denied entry or associated costs.
