Itinerary Overview

📍 Accommodation: No hotel stay included in this package. Participants should arrange their own accommodation in Singapore if required.

Friday, 13 March

Evening: Night Golf at Orchid Country Club (Course TBD)
→ Tee time between 6:00–6:30 PM
→ Round includes green fees and buggy (18 holes, night golf)
→ Food & drinks not included

Saturday, 14 March

Morning: 7:00 AM pick-up in Singapore (exact location TBD)
→ Group transfer to Johor Bahru

Daytime: Full round at Forest City Golf Resort (Legacy)
→ Includes green fees and buggy (18 holes)

Evening: Return bus transfer from Johor Bahru to Singapore
→ Arrive back in the evening (drop-off TBD)

Sunday, 15 March

Optional Meet-Up: Join fellow golfers at LIV Golf Singapore (for those who have tickets).

→ Please note: tickets are not included in the package and must be purchased individually → Meeting time and location will be coordinated closer to the date

Important Notes & Terms

✈️ Flights & accommodation not included – please arrange your own.
🍴 Meals, drinks, and caddie tips are not included.
👕 Golf attire required – collared shirts and tailored shorts/trousers only. No denim, t-shirts, or athletic wear permitted.
🚌 Pick-up location in Singapore will be confirmed closer to the date.
🔄 Itinerary subject to change due to weather, course availability, or local conditions. Equivalent alternatives will be arranged if necessary.
❌ Travel insurance strongly recommended – not included in package.
🏌️ Club rental: If required, please notify us in advance. Payment will be arranged directly with the golf clubs.

Payment Terms

– Deposit of 50% due upon registration – Full payment due by 20 Feb 2026 (payment links will be sent via email or WhatsApp)
– Late payments will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit

Cancellation Policy

– More than 30 days before event: Full refund of payments
– Within 30 days of event: No refund. Full amount remains payable
– Name changes permitted up to 14 days prior to departure, subject to a HKD $300 administrative fee and availability (not guaranteed).

Liability & Operational Terms

🔹 Assumption of Risk: Golf and travel involve inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept all risks related to sport, transport, and travel. Dim Sum Golf Club and its partners shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, property loss, or incidents beyond reasonable control.

🔹 Force Majeure: In the event of government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or course closures, we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the trip. Future travel credit or partial refund (minus non-recoverable costs) may be offered at our discretion.

🔹 Minimum Viable Group: This trip requires a minimum of 8 confirmed guests by 20 Feb 2026. If this threshold is not met, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund.
