More than 60 days before departure (before 16 August 2026): Full refund
Between 60 and 30 days (16 August – 16 September 2026): 50% refund
Within 30 days (on or after 16 September 2026): No refund
Name changes permitted up to 30 days prior (HKD $300 fee, subject to availability)
Assumption of Risk: Golf and international travel involve inherent risks. By booking, you accept all risks related to sport, transport, dining, and travel in Thailand.
Force Majeure: In case of government restrictions, natural disasters, or course closures, we reserve the right to modify or cancel. Future travel credit or partial refund may be offered.
Minimum Viable Group: Requires at least 8 confirmed guests by 16 August 2026. If not met, full refunds will be issued.
Visa & Compliance: Participants are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and compliance with Thai entry regulations.
